Accessing billing

Go to Billing in the left sidebar of your dashboard.

Upgrading or downgrading

Click Manage Subscription on the billing page. This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can change your plan, update payment method, or view invoices. Plan changes take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you’re charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the period.

Cancelling

In the Stripe customer portal, click Cancel subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You won’t be charged again after cancellation.

Payment methods

WaterfallIQ accepts all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — WaterfallIQ never stores your card details.

Invoices

Invoices are available in the Stripe customer portal. They’re also emailed automatically after each billing cycle.
