How to export your model to Excel

WaterfallIQ can export your full operating model and waterfall results to a structured Excel workbook.

What’s exported

The workbook includes four tabs:

Tab	Contents
Operating P&L	Monthly income, expenses, NOI, debt service, and cash flow
Debt schedule	Amortization schedule per tranche
Waterfall summary	Tier-by-tier distribution breakdown
Investor breakout	Per-investor IRR, equity multiple, and distributions

How to export

Go to the Operating tab and click Export to Excel in the toolbar. The file downloads immediately.

Using the export

The export is formatted for sharing with lenders and investors. Values are structured for readability — formulas are not included. If you need formula-based models, use the export as a reference and rebuild in Excel as needed.
