How to run side-by-side scenario comparisons

The scenario comparison tool lets you select two or more scenarios and view their returns side by side.

How to compare

1. On the Scenarios tab, check the boxes next to the scenarios you want to compare
2. Click Compare Selected
3. A side-by-side table shows IRR, equity multiple, and distributions for each scenario

What’s compared

Metric	Description
LP IRR	Annualized return for limited partners
LP equity multiple	Total distributions divided by equity in
Sponsor IRR	Annualized return for the sponsor
Net proceeds	Total distributable cash after debt payoff
Per-investor distributions	Breakdown by investor
